This is more of a personal post. But I am starting one (a schedule that is):
Get up in the Morning
Eat some breakfast
Do some pilates/meditation/walking
Do research
Free Write
Blog
Book
E-mail
Read
*Try to get up earlier
*Try to eat more
Prayer
No more drugs/booze for a while
