Considering my recent pratfalls with men I have been seriously considering getting a dog or becoming a nun. I will list the Pros and Cons of both.
Nun
Pros:
No more men (except, of course, Jesus)
Not think about what I have to wear (habits are pretty cool)
Quality alone time with my thoughts
Being in a community where you all work together
Helping people
No more making foolish desicions about men due to sex
Cons:
No more sex (are Nuns allowed to masturbate?)
Hanging around just women
Being in a constrictive environment
Not listening to music loudly
Being Catholic (are there other kinds?)
Owning a Dog:
Pros:
Companionship (something that never gets sick of me!)
Something to take care of
Dogs are cute
Going on walks
Teaching it tricks
Petting it
Cons:
Allergies
What if it has an accident in the house…
Sometimes smelly
Cost of food $$$
So….i guess it’s off to the convent?
